PREMIUM Megastructures Inc. (PMI) and Malveda Properties Development Corp. (PDC) have partnered for the multibillion development project Cerise Tower, a 20-story mixed-use building located in Southwoods City, Biñan, Laguna.

PMI and MPDC, the corporate real estate arm and primary property subsidiary of Malveda Holdings Corp., held the contract signing for the project on Dec. 16, 2021.

The building will have a fully finished swimming pool, lobby, and other common areas.

“PMI will use its innovative precast technology to complete the project faster, cost-effectively, with assured quality, using a greener process, on a safer working environment, with a high-quality, weatherproof finish, and using a versatile system,” the company said.

“Large-scale investments such as these are critical for our national economic recovery from the crisis caused by Covid-19,” it added.

The “Apart’ Hotel” will be managed by the world’s leading serviced residence brand, Ascott Ltd., and is expected to yield economic opportunities in the southern gateway.
